"Oh, Phillips, we love you ever…."

Whether you are a PHS graduate yearning to take a step back in time, or someone who would enjoy a nostalgic school theme, the Phillips High School Alumni Tourist House may be just what you are looking for!  This vacation home, located in Phillips, Wisconsin, is available for rent by anyone.  You do not need to be a PHS alumnus to rent this home.

Situated on the fringe of downtown Phillips, on Highway 13 (for easy access) and across from Elk Lake Park, children may enjoy the playground, or, together with their parents, can take a leisurely stroll on the paved walking trail.  If fishing is of interest, a public boat landing is situated in the park, directly across from the house.  If without a boat, one may "cast a few" off the bridge, the public pier, or the shoreline.  Fishing licenses and baits are available just 3 doors down to the south!  As a bonus, a breathtaking view of Elk Lake, Lake Duroy, and the old mill bridge is visible from the old-fashioned front porch.

The tourist house is within easy walking distance of 7 restaurants and several churches.  The shops of Phillips are fun to visit and filled with interesting items to choose from.  The small town atmosphere is simple, laid-back living, and at the tourist house you'll find all of the comforts of home.

The 3 bedroom house also includes a sleeper couch so 8 people may sleep comfortably.  It is completely furnished, ready to move into.

Reasonable rates:  $650 per week or $1,800 per month plus applicable taxes for two person occupancy
Extra charge of $10.00 per person per night
50% of rental rate due at time of rental booking

Saturday to Saturday rental period
